Visitor Parking Notice

Visitor parking stalls are limited and may not be used for overnight parking without approval of the HOA board. Send an email to the board to request limited time approval. 24-hour notice requred. Management@LakeridgeHOA.com.

Maintenance Requests

If there are any maintenance requests such as light bulb replacements or landscaping problems please email Management@LakeridgeHOA.com.

Vacant Parking Stalls Wanted

Vacant parking stalls may be available for rent. Check For Available Parking Stalls Here.

If you would like to rent out your extra parking stall, please send an email to Management@LakeridgeHOA.com in order to advertise your stall. Please provide your name and number.

Lock Your Cars

Please do not leave valuables of any kind in your vehicles. Be sure to secure and lock your vehicles. Be vigilent at night and report any suspecious activity to the police by calling 911.
