One of the expenses that the monthly HOA fee covers is the "Super Fast" internet package through Comcast. All Lake Ridge units receive free internet and should not be billed directly for these expenses. Any upgrades will be the responsibility of the individual unit. The bill for this internet is paid monthly by the HOA.
Owners are responsible for any equipment issued by Comcast that is associated with internet and cable. This includes routers, cable boxes, remotes and wire cables. Be sure that all associated equipment is in the name of the Owner and not renter.
