Condo Certification with all information for Title Agents

All Title Agents must have the New Owner Contract signed at the time of closing.

a. $465 Transfer Fee
b. $155 Monthly Fee due on the 1st of each month and a $25 late fee if not received by the 15th of each month.
c. Nobody owns more than 10% of units
d. Approximately 10 owners own more than 1 unit
e. 5 Total phases in the complex
f. All phases are complete(PhaseI 1999, PhaseII 2000, PhaseIII, IV and V 2001)
g. All units have been sold
h. Common Areas include landscaped and parking areas with no amenities(192 assigned parking, 33 vistor parking spots, 4 hadicapped stalls)
i. HOA Fees cover the following expenses:

- iii. Water
- iv. Sewer
- v. Trash Removal
- vi. Outdoor electric bill
